Dobson Ranch Golf Course has been ranked as the Best Municipal Golf Course in Arizona by Golf Digest.
The 18-hole Bermuda Grass course is the best in the East Valley, and plays 6,593 yards from the back tees to 5,598 yards from the front at par 72.
For more than four decades, Dobson Ranch has been a prime golf location within Mesa and one of the best in all of Arizona. The course was designed in 1974 by American golf course architect Robert (Red) Lawrence, whose courses include those at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa which were featured in the 1996 film Tin Cup.
