Green Ticket Issuance, Endorsements, Booking, and Transferability
Once purchased, Green Tickets are sent electronically (in PDF format) and instantaneously to the email address that you entered on the checkout page. If you do not receive your Green Ticket(s), please check your “junk mail” or “spam” folder. If you still can’t locate your Green Ticket(s), please contact Customer Service, and we will be happy to reissue the ticket(s).
Each Green Ticket issued is valid for a single round of play for a single golfer (unless otherwise noted on the ticket). If you order more than one Green Ticket, you will receive multiple individual tickets in the form of PDF attachments.
Green Tickets are fully transferable and may be used by anyone regardless of the purchaser, but each ticket can only be used once. When you arrive at a golf course and present a Green Ticket it will be marked as used in our system and therefore, cannot be used again.
Each Green Ticket has a stated validity period that is printed on the ticket. They can be used at the golf course named on the ticket at any date and time within this validity period.
Once you receive your Green Ticket(s), you should contact the course directly to schedule your tee-time as soon as possible. Please mention that you are using a UnderPar Green Ticket when booking. The booking of tee-times is the responsibility of the golf course named on the ticket, and all bookings are subject to availability.

Should you encounter any issues using the Green Ticket when you arrive at a golf course, please immediately contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you. For your convenience, our contact information is also listed on all Green Tickets.
Course Specific Policies
Every golf course maintains its own set of specific policies. These policies could relate to rain checks, dress code, etiquette, speed of play etc. If you have any questions regarding specific course policies, it is best to contact the course directly to inquire. Contact information and the website address for each golf course participating in our program is available on the individual course page.
Content
All content on UnderPar, including videos, pictures, text, and software is the property of UnderPar or has been licensed specifically for our use. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of content appearing on our site without written consent is prohibited.
Errors
UnderPar will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions on the site, and we do not warrant that the site will be error free. UnderPar reserves the right to correct any errors on the site at any time without prior notification.
UnderPar reserves the right to cancel any order made under the pretense of an error. In the event where an order is canceled and has been paid for, you will receive a refund.
